This Subscription Billing & Payment Policy (“Policy”) explains how recurring payments,
subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing practices work for Puzzles to Passports
(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a subscription from Puzzles to Passports, you agree to the terms outlined below.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Puzzles to Passports to automatically charge your
selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and
any other disclosed charges associated with your subscription.
Charges will continue automatically unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Your payment method will be charged automatically each month on or around the same calendar
day your subscription was originally initiated (“Billing Date”).
If your subscription begins on June 10, future recurring payments will generally process on or
around the 10th of each month.
If a month does not contain the exact Billing Date (such as February 30), billing may occur on
the closest applicable date.
Subscription pricing is displayed during checkout before purchase.
Pricing may include:
• Standard monthly memberships
• Founders offers
• Introductory pricing
• Promotional discounts
• Limited-time offers
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, promotional pricing may convert to standard pricing after
the promotional period ends.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added where required.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH UNLESS YOU
CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your subscription renews automatically
• Your payment method will be charged monthly
• Charges continue until canceled
• Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid future charges
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid the next recurring
charge.
Upon cancellation:
• Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period
• No additional recurring charges will occur after cancellation
• Previously processed charges are generally non-refundable
Customers may cancel by:
• Logging into their account portal (if available)
• Contacting customer support at support@puzzlestopassports.com
We reserve the right to request verification of account ownership before processing cancellation
requests.
Due to the nature of subscription fulfillment, educational materials, printed products, and
promotional pricing:
• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable
• Partial month refunds are not provided
• Previously shipped products are non-refundable
However, we may provide replacements, credits, or refunds at our sole discretion for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect shipments
• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
Customers must report shipment issues within 14 days of delivery.
If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may:
• Retry the charge
• Pause subscription benefits or shipments
• Suspend account access
• Cancel the subscription after repeated failed attempts
Customers remain responsible for any unpaid balances owed.
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
You are responsible for updating expired or invalid payment methods.
After purchase, customers may receive:
• Order confirmations
• Billing receipts
• Renewal reminders (where required)
• Failed payment notifications
• Subscription updates
These communications may be sent via email or other contact methods provided during
checkout.
In compliance with California Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq. (“California
Automatic Renewal Law”):
• Automatic renewal terms are presented clearly before purchase
• Customers must affirmatively consent before being charged
• Customers may cancel at any time
• Renewal terms and cancellation information are available in this Policy and during
checkout
Customers agree to contact Puzzles to Passports before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes whenever possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Subscription termination
• Account restrictions
• Denial of future purchases
• Collection efforts where permitted by law
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or billing terms at any time.
If required by law, we will provide advance notice of material pricing changes before they take
effect.
Continued use of the subscription after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
revised terms.
