make any changes you need easy and painless. Change payment, password, and profile information at any time.
Your monthly payment will run on or around the time of the month that you initially subscribed. At that point, you will receive access to your digital downloads in your customer portal.
You can cancel at any time before your next payment is scheduled to run without any penalty. If you cancel after a payment has run, you will have access to the next month of downloads but we will unfortunately not be able to give you a refund. Your payment thereafter will not run during the next billing cycle.
The founders Deal is our grand opening sale event and it wont last long. For the first three months of your membership, each month will only cost you $2.99/month. On your fourth billing cycle, you will then be upgraded to our normal 4.99/mo pricing plan.
